FROM THE CHAIRMAN

Welcome to the new Vertical Lift Consortium website. The folks at ATI helped revamp the site to make it more attractive, more accessible and to help it become a cutting edge resource for the vertical lift industry. It has a new look and feel, more comprehensive search capabilities and more user friendly, intuitive site navigation. The website features a calendar of industry events, member company spotlights, new member profiles, program news, and future funding opportunities under our Other Transaction Agreement. We’ve also revised the Members Only site to include improved search capabilities so that you can more easily find past meeting and event information, and company specific drop boxes that allow for private storage and submittal of proprietary information.

The improved VLC public website and members-only sections are the first steps in our efforts to work more effectively with our customers to provide vertical lift solutions to our warfighters.  Our ultimate vision is for the VLC to become the cohesive national resource that Government customers can use to find innovative technologies, fill critical vertical lift needs, invigorate the U.S. industrial base, and retain our international competitive edge.

Whether you are currently a member of the VLC or are contemplating membership, we hope that you will find this new web site a useful resource. We look forward to the future of the VLC and believe these changes will help to move us toward our goal of being the collective voice of the vertical lift industry to our government customers.
